  1. consumption of cheese is more beneficial for which age group? Regarding the cheese food properties such as high degree of protein, fat, & minerals which are necessary for our body, consumption of it is recommended for all age group specially children & athletes.

  2. Which kinds of food is recommended to eat with cheese?
    Consumption of cheese is beneficial with all kinds of food.

  3. Is consumption of cheese harmful?
    No, it's not. But people who suffer high amount of blood cholesterol, should consume low fat cheeses. It's worth mentioning that the role of cheese in increasing the amount of blood cholesterol is only about 3-4 percent.

  4. My body can not digest Lactose. Is it possible for me to consume cheese?
    Considering the small amount of Lactose that is in cheese structure, it's possible for those people suffering aforesaid disease to consume cheese easily.

  5. What is the difference between salty white cheese & Feta ones? Generally, cheese is produced by separating the great amount of milk's serum & making viscous the dried material of the milk.To produce salty white cheese, the serum was separated after setting milk & cutting it in the shape of stuff ; whereas during the production of cheese, the serum was separated by passing the milk via a series of membranes. This process is carried out before setting the milk.

  6. Do you use chemical materials to increase durability of the cheese? No, we don't. All kinds of our factory's products lack any preservative chemicals.

  7. Do you use additives such as colorful materials or paint remover in your products?
    No, we don't.

  8. What should we do for keeping cheese in home?
    When bought, it is best to keep the cheese in a suitable sealed container in 10% of water and in temperature between 4-6 of refrigerator.

  9. How does salt water prepare for keeping cheese?
    To prepare salt water at first boil the water , then add it a quantity of salt equal to 10% of water volume. After melting the salt, let it cool and then add it to the cheese container. Finally, put the container in to the refrigerator.

  10. I've bought some cheese from your company which doesn't enjoy a desirable quality.I wanna know is it possible to return it to that company?
    Yes, it's possible. If any of our products would have difficulty related to the quality, our distributors will take it back from dear customers.

  11. In this regard, may I have some ideas?
    Exactly. To ask customer's opinions we follow up all suggestions & criticisms received by post, telephone, fax, and E-mail to us.

  12. Why there is difference between the color of the summer butter & winter butter?
    Because the color of the butter depends on the feeding of farm animals. In this region, there is fresh provender for feeding farm animals in the summer. So the color of the butter produced in this season, is more sensible.

  13. Which one of the Standard Marks was allocated to your products?
    All of our products allocated making license. Vacuumed white cheese, butter, yoghurt & dogh enjoy usage license of Iran National Standard Mark too.

  14. Which kinds of management standards ruling in your factory?
    The quality management system (ISO 9002), bio-environmental management system (ISO 14001) and secured management & food hygiene system (HACCP) ruling in our factory.

  15. What's the difference between pasteurized kashk produced in this factory & traditional ones supplied to the market?
    The kind of kashk produced in our factory supplied to the market in the shape of industrial liquid kashk & produced from milk directly; whereas traditional kashk usually produced by rubbing & diluting dried whey and is not pasteurized at all.
