Organizational Activities of the department:
Laboratory & Control Department of the company aiming to reach a higher quality to obtain the customers’ satisfaction , controls the raw materials , the products during the processing stage and the finished products continuously through sampling and doing the required tests in two equipped and separate chemical and microbiological laboratories.

Controlling the raw materials, controlling the products during processing stage, controlling the production processes, controlling CIP and cleaning machines, production halls, and the factory yard, controlling individual health of the personnel who are working in the production unit, controlling the storage, controlling loading the products, supervising on collecting milk in raw milk collection centers, controlling the returned products, supervising the operation of distribution and sales centers for preserving and selling products with high quality, investigating the complaints made by the customers concerning the quality, etc. are among the operations done by this department for materializing the high objectives of the company.

Specialization capacity of the department:
The Laboratory and quality control department is operating by four experienced food technologists and four technicians under the supervision of the director of the department.

The director of the department while occupying his specified position acts as the technical and quality guarantee director of the company.

Receiving legal permits:
After receiving the exploitation and establishing licenses from the Ministry of Industries and the Ministry of Health during the last eight years , the company succeeded in receiving production licenses for 29 various diary products and 7 national standard marks.

The role of the department in the company:
Laboratory and quality control department as a decision making center concerning the quality of raw materials and controlling proper processing of the products as well as final approval of the finished products with high quality plays an important role in the development of the company in order to enjoy a special significance among other departments of the company.

Investigating the complaints made by the customers:
